1. Who we are

Fabable3D is an on-demand 3D printing service operated from Bangkok, Thailand. Fabable3D is run by an individual who is not registered for VAT. We therefore issue receipts (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน) for every paid order and cannot issue tax invoices (ใบกำกับภาษี); prices do not include VAT.

These terms apply to every quote you request and every order you place through fabable3d.com. By placing an order you accept them. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. What we sell

We make parts to order from the 3D files you upload (STL, STEP or 3MF), in the material, layer height, infill, colour and quantity you choose. We do not sell stock products and do not design parts for you. Each order is produced only after it is paid for or, on the company PO path, after we have accepted your purchase order.

3. Your file and your responsibility

You confirm that you own the design you upload or have the right to have it printed, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or break any law. We do not review designs for legality, safety or fitness for a purpose beyond the printability (DFM) checks shown at quote time.

Printability checks are advisory. They flag geometry that is likely to print badly, such as thin walls or unsupported overhangs, but they cannot guarantee that a part will fit, function or withstand the loads you intend for it. You remain responsible for the design, its tolerances and its suitability for your use.

We may decline any order, for example when a file cannot be sliced reliably, when the part would be unsafe to produce, or when we have reason to believe the design is unlawful.

4. Quotes and prices

All prices are in Thai baht (฿). A quote is calculated from a real slice of your file with the settings you chose, so the price reflects the actual material and printer time the part needs. Quantity breaks apply automatically per line. Delivery is charged per order by parcel weight and is shown separately before you pay.

The price that applies is the one shown at checkout at the time you place the order. If you change the file or any setting, the quote is recalculated. Quotation PDFs issued on the company PO path are valid for the period stated on the document.

Discount codes and coupons are for signed-in accounts, one code per order, and are subject to the conditions of the code (validity window, minimum spend, eligible materials). If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we will tell you before production starts and you may cancel free of charge.

5. Ordering and payment

Online payment is handled by Beam Checkout. You pay on Beam's hosted page by card, PromptPay, bank app or e-wallet; no card or bank details reach our servers. Your order is confirmed when Beam reports the payment as successful, and you can follow it from the order page in your account.

Companies may instead place an order with a purchase order (PO) number. We review PO orders within one business day and email a quotation PDF. Production starts once payment is received unless we have agreed other terms with you in writing.

Every paid order gets a receipt (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน). If you have entered your company name and tax ID in your account, they are printed on the receipt. We do not issue tax invoices (see section 1).

6. Production and dispatch

A dispatch estimate is shown with the quote and on your order page. It is our best estimate from current printer load and is not a guaranteed date. If an order will be later than the estimate, we will update the order page and, where we can, tell you why.

Transit time is separate from the dispatch estimate. Every order is delivered by Thailand Post EMS to the address you give at checkout; there is no self-collection. The tracking number appears on your order page once the parcel is handed to Thailand Post. Please check the delivery address carefully: if a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or the delivery was refused, re-dispatch is charged at the EMS rate.

Risk in the parts passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before production starts, that is while the order status is still before "Printing". Contact us with your order number and we will refund the full amount.

Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Parts are made to order for your file and have no value to anyone else.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirming the refund. For PO orders paid by bank transfer, we refund to the paying account.

8. Defects and reprints

If a part arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specification you ordered (material, colour, layer height, infill, quantity), tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the part and the parcel. We will reprint the part or refund it, at our choice, and cover the EMS cost of the replacement.

We cannot reprint or refund for problems caused by your own design, for example wrong dimensions in the file, features that cannot be printed as drawn, or a printability warning that was shown at quote time and not addressed. Normal characteristics of FDM printing, such as visible layer lines, small surface marks where supports were removed, and dimensional variation within the tolerance published for the material, are not defects.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost production time or the cost of assemblies into which our parts are built.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that we cannot settle between us will be heard by the courts of Thailand.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page tells you when the terms were last changed.
